These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website getsitenow.in and any services provided by GetSiteNow (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide website design, website development, ecommerce, landing pages, branding and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project will be agreed in writing (by email, proposal, or invoice) before work begins. That written scope, together with these Terms, forms our agreement with you.

2. Quotes and project scope

Prices shown on our website are starting points. Your final quote depends on your specific requirements. Any work beyond the agreed scope (“scope creep”) may be quoted and charged separately, with your approval before we proceed.

3. Payment terms

• Projects are typically billed 50% in advance to begin, and 50% on completion, before final files are handed over — unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
• You will see the finished work before the final payment is due.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause work until the account is settled.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added.

4. Your responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide the content, images, brand assets, access and feedback we need, in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline. You confirm that any material you give us does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed for your project. You will see design directions early — before full build — so changes are captured before development. Additional revisions beyond the agreed rounds may be chargeable.

6. Intellectual property & ownership

Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the final website, source files, code and assets we created for you transfers to you. Until full payment is received, all work remains our property. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Third-party services

Your website may rely on third-party services (hosting, domains, payment gateways, plugins, fonts, APIs). Those are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or fees.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Cancellation and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or business.

10. Warranty & support

Each project includes a support window (30–90 days depending on your package) to fix genuine defects in the work we delivered. This does not cover new features, third-party breakages, or changes you or others make after handover.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
